Banana Pecan Waffles

Ingredients
1.5 cups rolled oats1 cup whole wheat flour1.5 cups milk1 cup mashed bananas1 oz finely chopped pecans1 tbsp Canola oil1 large egg
Directions
makes 8 6-inch waffles
Chop pecans finely. Mash bananas. Combine all the ingredients and allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Cook on a round waffle iron to desired browness.
