Dip, Potato Topping, or Salad Topping

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice1 C. Lowfat Cottage Cheese1/4 C. Lowfat Buttermilk (I use 2%)2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (could be optional)1/2 tsp. Dill Weed1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
Directions
Stir lemon juice into cottage cheese. Add buttermilk, mayo, dill weed and onion powder. May want to make it smoother by using blender. Serve with a platter of raw vegetables. Also excellent over baked potatoes, and is my favorite dressing for salads. Makes 1 1/2 cups which is 24 or more tablespoons.
