* *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup * Carrots, raw, 2 medium * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large * *Potato, raw, 2 large * Beans, great northern, 1 cup * *Onion Vidalia raw med onion, * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole * Basil, 5 leaves (remove) * *fresh oregano leaves1 tsp of leaves, * Pepper, black, .25 tsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed * 1/2 cup water
Put liquids, and seasonings in a crockpot, chop all veggies and chicken and place in crockpot. Drain and rinse beans add to crockpot and stir. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve with crusty bread (not added into nutritional info) and a salad.
