1/3 cup fat free cottage cheese (Kroger)1/2 cup garbanzo beans1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Serve on bread of choice, with a dash of black pepper, if desired.

Recommended: Whole Wheat Pita Pocket (Kangaroo - 90 calories ~ 1/2 pita), warmed for 8-10 seconds in microwave, or toasted
