Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
2 c all purpose flour1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 c cocoa powder1 c white sugar2 eggs2 c grated zucchini1/2 c canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10" x 15" pan.

In a large bowl sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl mix together wet ingredients; blend into dry.

Bake for 20 min. in preheated oven. Cool in pan, then cut into 24 sqaures.
