Black Bean, Corn & Tomato Salsa Salad

Ingredients

Frozen corn (or one can) half 8oz pkg2 large fresh tomatoes (or one can diced)1/2 onion, any type1-2 TBS lime juice or fresh squeezed1 TBS dried cilantro1 tsp black or white peper1-2 tsp salt to taste1 jalepeno or more to tasteother spices: can use jalepeno dust or other spices to taste
If using frozen corn, microwave with some water for about a minute, drain.
strain and rinse canned beans
chop tomatoes
chop onions
mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Serve
Tastes best if left to sit for about an hour, stirring occasionally to mix flavors.
Serves 6 with large 1+ cup size portions
