Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb lean ground beef1 tsp garlic powder1/3 cup frozen chopped onions1/4 cup water1/3 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup egg beaters1/4 tsp black pepper10 1/2 oz can fat free beef gravy
1 Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic salt; mix well.
2 Shape into 6 patties.
3 Place in shallow baking dish.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
5 Drain off fat.
6 Pour fat free beef gravy over patties.
7 Bake an additional 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
