Crockpot Venison Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 lbs venison stew meat in 1 in pieces1 cup chopped onion2 tsp beef bouillon1 tsp garlic, chopped1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup16 oz mushrooms, sliced16 oz. sour cream
Directions
Combine all the ingrediants except the sour cream in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve over hot cooked noodles.

    this was initially a little bland for my tastes (hence the 3 stars). I ended up added 2 tbsp of red wine, 1 tbsp worchestire sauce, and 1 t of paprika, and it was awesome. This is a great recipe for making a ton of food very economically! I've served it over noodles for dinner & toast for lunch - 1/26/12
