Crock Pot Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, frozen1 can Condensed Tomato Soup1/2 large Onion, diced1/4 cup White Vinegar3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce1/4 tsp. Dried Basil1/2 tsp. Ground Thyme1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Layer chicken on bottom of Crock Pot. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Shred chicken with a fork. Cook for 1 hour more or until done. Serve on buns (not included in nutrition info.). Makes 6 servings.
