Cook lean ground beef with onion, drain. Add V8 & all vegetables except for green beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 min, adding the frozen green beans the last 15 min. Add seasonings to taste. Great with a little hot sauce added. Makes 12 servings.
