Easy Manicotti

Ingredients
1 jar pasta sauce1 package manicotti shells15 oz. part skim ricotta cheese1/4 lb. shredded mozarella1/4 c. reduced fat parmesan cheese1 tsp sugar1 beaten eggsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook manicotti shells al dente. Pour 1/2 sauce in the bottom of a 9 by 9 dish. Mix all ingredients except sauce and shells. Stuff shells with mixture (I usually only use about 9 of the shells). Top with the rest of the sauce. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 50 min. Uncover and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Bake another 10 min.
