Mexican Green Chili Chicken Casserole

1 whole chicken - boiled/cooked (or 2 large breasts)6 - 8 small white corn tortillas1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 C milk5 - 6 green onions, chopped1 7 oz can diced green chili1 can olives - chopped
Cut tortillas into strips and dice the cooked chicken.
Combine soups, milk, onions, green chili and olives.
In a 9 x 12 casserole dish, aayer tortilla strips, chicken, soup mixture, cheese. Repeat.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown on top. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before serving. Can be topped with light sour cream (not included in the caloric information).
Serves 8.
