Ingredients
2 cups self rising flour1/3 cup vegetable shortening2/3 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 475F.

Cut shortening into flour until mixture resembles small peas. Mix in milk to make a soft dough. Turn onto floured counter and knead 6 times. Roll out to about 1/2" thick and cut with a biscuit cutter (I use a drinking glass).

Bake on sheet pan for ~12 minutes
