Hawaiian Chicken Salad

1 grilled chicken breast1/4 c chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers1/4 c mandarin oranges1/4 c pineapple chunks1/8 c toasted almonds1/8 c chopped celery1/4 c red grapes1 cup plain yogurt3 tbsp curry powder3 tbsp honey
1. Mix all vegetables and chicken ingredients together.
2. Mix the plain yogurt, curry powder and honey.
3. Pour salad dressing over salad ingredients and chill.
4. Put salad into a pineapple boat. Serve with a scone or muffin.
