potato - Oven Potato Wedges

4 3/4 pounds of red (new) potatoes cut into 4-6 wedges per half potatoButter Mix:1/3 cup Parkay Squeeze Butter, melted1 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, Onion Powder, Ms. Dash Table BlendBake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
Cut each potato into half. Slice wedges off each half (should get about 4 wedges per half).
Mix all ingredients for the butter mix. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the butter mix over the potatoes. Toss until all pieces of potato are covered.
Put evenly into 2 non-stick cake pans (might want to spray the pans with Pam first).
Sprinkle with salt, if so desired.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil for last 15 minutes of cooking.
Done when potatoes are soft throughout and when browned. Might use broiler to brown a bit more if needed.
