4 Berry Vegan Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour0.5 cup Organic Cane Sugar1 tsp Salt2 tsp Baking Powder3/4 cup vanilla soy milk1/4 cup oil1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Place baking cups in a muffin pan.

Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) together in a mixing bowl. Add soy milk and oil. Mix well.

Fold in frozen berries.

Pour into baking cups and bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle a tiny bit of cane sugar over the top of the muffins while they cool. Enjoy!
