4 Yellow Potatoes - Peeled and Chopped6 Carrots - Peeled and Chopped1 Onion - Chopped1/4 c Water1 Packet - Dry Onion Soup Mix2 Lbs of Beef Roast
Directions
Brown Beef
Cover bottom of Crock Pot with 3/4 Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Sprinkl 1/2 Packet of Soup Mix, and Pour in Water.
Place Beef in Crock Pot and top with reaming vegetables and soup mix.
Cook low for 8 hours (High for 5)
