3/4 CUP SUGAR1 TSP CINNAMONF1/2 TSP NUTMEG1/2 TSP GINGER 1/2 TSP SALT1 CAN PUMPKIN4 EGG WHITES1 CAN EVAPORATED MILKPREPARED PIE CRUST (DEEP DISH)
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425*
PLACE PIE CRUST IN PIE PAN
COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.
ADD PUMPKIN AND MIX WELL
ADD EGG WHITES AND MIX WELL
GRADUALLY ADD FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK MIXING WELL.
POUR INTO PIE SHELL
BAKE AT 425 FOR 15 MINUTES THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 350 AND BAKE 45-55 MINUTES LONGER. COOL ON THE OVEN RACK IN AN OPEN OVEN
