Ingredients
kafta meat.olive oil crushed garlic. 3 big potatoes(slices). 3 big tomatoes(slices). 2 cups meat stock. tomatoe paste.
Directions
1. Shape the kafta meat as an ovals.
2. Bring a tray and rub it with semne and garlic.
3. Put the kafta meat in a tray.
4. Put the slices of potatoes and tomatoes in the tray.
5. Mix the tomatoe paste with the meat stock and pour it until it covers all the ingredients.
6. Put it in the oven until it is well done.
