Light Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients
1 slice reduced-calorie wheat bread1/2 tablespoon country crock1/2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. Splenda1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mix equal parts sugar, cinnamon and Splenda. It is easier to mix more than you need and use it again later.

Spread country crock on toast. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the sugar-cinnamon on top. Broil for 3-5 minutes.

    I too toasted the bread first. I then used spray on marg., so no fat. I then used Splenda brown sugar and then cinnamon. So no calories or fat other than the bread you use. - 3/20/10

    I find that its easier to toast the bread first, then add all the other ingredients before putting it under the broiler. Of course it will cut down the time under the broiler, you just have to watch it closely. - 5/30/07
