Tomato Rich Fish Stew

Ingredients
3 1/2 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil1 large yellow onion chopped1 green pepper chopped2 cups clamato juice2 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes1 cup dry red wine4 garlic cloves crushed4 tbs. fresh herbs or 11/2 tsp. dried2 bay leaves1/2 c. kalamata olives chopped 1 15 oz. can navy beans1 poiund firm fish - tilapia2 tsp. fennel seeds crushedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute peppers and onion in oil from sun dried tomatoes. Blend sun dried tomatoes with clamato juice. Add to pot along with diced tomatoes, wine, garlic, herbs, bay leaves, and olives. Simmer 20 min. Add beans, fishm fennel seeds, salt and pepper. Simmer until fish is done about 10 min.
