Wendy's Beef Barley Soup - 1 cup

Ingredients
4 c. water4 c. beef broth1 envelope (4Tbls) onion soup mix1/4 tsp crushed garlic6 oz cooked beef diced3 sticks celery minced3 carrots minced.75 c. sweet potato or yam minced1 c. cabbage minced1 c. pearl barley
Directions
In large pan put 4 c. broth, 4 c water and an envelope of onion soup mix. Bring to boil then turn down. Add beef (mine was leftover BBQ'd steak) and garlic.
Use food processor to mince the celery, carrots, sweet potato and cabbage then add them and 1 c. of pearl barley. Cook on low until barley is well cooked.
Makes about 10 1 cup servings
