Baked Banana Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 c Scottish Oats1/2 c TVP2 bananas (1 mashed 1 sliced)2 c milk1 c water1 egg1 - 2 tsp cinnamon1/4 c walnuts chopped
Directions
Mix ingredients in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. Serve warm. It's great reheated with a little milk poured over the top. I also add some sugar substitute.

**If using regular Old Fashioned Oats, you can skip the refrigerate overnight step. Will then only bake for 30 minutes.
