Iced n Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients
For cupcakes:1/2 box Duncan Hines Delux Spice Cake Mix1 Cup canned Pumpkin2 Egg WhitesFor Frosting:1 Cup (+ 1 Tbsp) Cool Whip Free (thawed)2 Tbsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat) (room temp.)2 Tbsp Splenda1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together all frosting ingredients until well blended. Set frosting in fridge while cupcakes cook.

Mix together all cupcake ingredients until well combined. Portion out into a lined cupcake pan. (Serves 12) Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely before frosting. Store in fridge overnight or for 2-3 hours before serving.
