Bacon, mushroom & pea omelette

4 rashers of Weightwatchers bacon5 small mushrooms100g garden peas2 medium eggs
Directions
Spray a small frying pan with 1 cal olive oil spay.

Chop bacon into small strips and add to pan with sliced mushrooms. Add peas. Beat eggs and add to the pan until cooked.
