Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash2 tbs olive oil1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic minced1 tomato chopped3/4 c feta cheese5 jumbo black olives, sliced2 tbs chopped fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish. Place squash cut sides down in prepared dish. Bake 30 minutes until soft. Scrape squash into a bowl.
Heat oil in skillet. Saute onion, garlic until tender. Stir in tomatoes and cook until warm. Stir into squash mixture along with feta cheese, sliced olives and basil.
