Easy Beef Roast in crockpot

Ingredients
3-5 lb beef roast2-6 potatoes cut into quarters2-4 carrots cut2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 pkt onion soup mix1 can water
Directions
have a very simple recipe for you.
3-5lb roast
2-6 potatoes, (depends on how many you want) cut into quarters.
2-4 carrots cut into rounds
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can water

Take cut veggies & put in bottom of crock pot
put roast on top of veggies
combine soups & water in bowl.
Pour over roast, cover & cook on low 5-8 hours depends on size of roast.
Serve with green beans & biscuits to soak up gravy.
