Mexican Tortilla Bake

1.25 pounds 93% lean ground beef1 Cup chopped onion1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies1 package Knorr Lipton Fiesta Mexican Rice, prepared as directed1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup6 oz Corn tortilla chips1 Cup Kraft 2% Mexican blend shredded cheese1 Package taco seasoning mix, low sodium (if available)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Prepare rice as directed on package
In large skillet, brown beef until cooked through; drain. Add chopped onion and taco seasoning; cook until onions are tender and clear. Add cream of celery soup, tomatoes and cooked rice to beef mixture.
In a 9x13 baking pan, layer 1/2 of the tortillas chips. Pour beef mixture over and layer with remaining 1/2 of the tortilla chips. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling.
