Ingredients
5 carrots chopped3 Onions chopped2 28 oz cans of hole peeled tomatoes1 Large head of cabbaged chopped1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 15oz can of cut green beans2 quarts of tomato Juice2 green bell peppers diced10 stalks celery chopped1 14 oz can of beef broth
Directions
Place carrots tomatoes cabbage green beans peppers and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix tomato juice beff broth and enough water to cove vegetables. Simmer until Vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste

Maybe stored in oven for several days.
You can also freeze left over for another day, Makes 30 1 cup servings
