Mama's roasted veggies

Ingredients
Baby Carrots, raw, 453 grams Summer squash, 5 cup, choppedZucchini, 5 cup, sliced Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 340.1 grams Parsnips, 3 cup slices Winter Squash, 6 cup, cubes Onions, raw, 10 smallRed Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced Garlic, 10 cloves Olive Oil, 5 tbsp
Directions
Place all chopped vegetables in a roasting pan. Mix with garlic and olive oil and mix with hands all vegetables until all coated with garlic and olive oil.

Roast in the oven for 45 minutes at 500 degrees.
