Scrumptious Stuffed Banana French Toast!

• 2 Cups Fresh Mashed Banana• 2 Egg Whites• 8 Slices Schwebel's Lite Bread• 1/2 Cup Skim Milk• 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract• 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350ª.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium, and spray with cooking spray.
3. In a small bowl, mix together egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add Splenda for sweetness if you would like!
4. Place 1/2 Cup banana on each of 4 slices of bread, and top with another slice.
5. Dip bread in egg mixture for about 45 seconds, and place on skillet. Cook about 2 minutes on each side, and then move to a baking pan. Repeat with remaining bread.
6. Bake in oven for about 8 minutes, and finish by slicing each Toast in half.
7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
