Tomato Alfredo and Penne

Ingredients
1 pound wheat blend penne1 c. fat-free half and half1 c. parmesan, grateddried basil, 3 tbsp.2 cans diced Italian tomatoes
Directions
While preparing pasta as directed, prepare the tomato alfredo. Cook tomatoes until liquid is gone. Add basil and half and half and cook until warm throughout (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in parmesan. Mix with drained pasta and stir.
