Blue Cheese Pineapple Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage or bag of shredded cole slaw mix1/3 cup low fat mayo1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt1/2 cup crushed pineapple unsweetened, drained2 Tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar1/4 teaspoon salt2 Tablespoons sugar1/2 cup low fat Treasure Cave Blue cheese
Directions
mix all ingredients other than cabbage. Add shredded cabbage. Toss well and chill for 60 minutes. Serves 4
