Cheesy Beef Taco Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef, 93/8 %1 lb. Velvetta Cheese/ Mexican or Pepper Jack1 24 oz. Jar Salsa Sauce
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain in a strainer to remove fat, rinse in cold water and allow to drain off excess water. Spoon into a 3 quart Crock Pot.

Cut velvetta into 1/2 " slices and then cut into 1/2 " squares and add to Crock Pot.

Open the Jar of Salsa and add it to the Crock Pot. Stir to combine all ingredients and turn Crock on to High for 45 minutes. Stir after 30 min.

Turn to low until serving time or warm.

Serve with nacho chips as a dip, or as the Meat
Sauce for Taco Salad. Add grated cheese, and hot sauce as desired or sour cream.

Serving Size: as a dip, 2-4 Tbs.
For Taco Salad, 1/2 c. as desired
