Ingredients
Beef, bottom round, 8 oz .Ortega Enchilada Sauce, 1 canancho chilies, dried, 1 Garlic, 3 tsp flour tortilla, 8 inch, 8 serving (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced (remove)
Directions
Shred beef and and soak chilie. Dice chilie very fine or use a food processor. Combine 1st 4 ingrediants in a skillet. Cook together till most liquid is gone. Place a couple ounces on a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese and any other taco fillings you like.
