Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz. container vanilla nonfat yogurt6 oz skim milk2 ripe bananas1/2 cup strawberries
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender, adding some ice cubes if desired. Blend until all mixed together, and you have a wonderful, fruity healthy drink!
