Low Carb Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cups of Spinach or Baby Spinach 1/4 cup Yellow/Orange/Red and Green Bell Peppers1 clove Fresh garlic1 oz. Goat Cheese2 oz. Chicken1 tsp. Canola Oil1 tbspn. Balsalmic VinegarFresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Either cook chicken or buy rotisserie chicken. Chicken will take at least 30 minutes if you grill it same day. Otherwise this is a quick meal.

Combine all the ingredients, drizzle oil and vinegar over the top and grind fresh black pepper.
