1 cup Eagle Brand Milk2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract2 sticks Margarine, melted2 cups Flaked Coconut2 cups Chopped Pecans1 lb Powdered SugarChocolate Sauce:2 bags Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips1/4 lb paraffin wax
Combine Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, margarine, coconut and pecans. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Shape into 1 tablespoon size balls (72). Place on waxed paper to chill. Stick a skewer into balls and dip into chocolate sauce. Cool on waxed paper.
Chocolate Sauce:
Melt chips and paraffin wax in top of a double boiler, keep sauce warm while dipping.
