Vegetarian Soup with a Japanese twist!

  • Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients
Broccoli, sukini, potatoes with the skin on, carrots with the skin off, Ramen noodles (since I love noodles I put in 5 bags for maruchan Ramen noodles... you can use any type of ramen but I like maruchan... you can even use Udon noodles, which ever makes you happy :D), vegetable broth (because the ramen noodles suck up a lot of the broth, I put 8 cans), soy sauce *I usually just eyeball it, so put as much or little as you want or none at all*, Salt, Garlic salt, and black pepper
Directions
Start boiling the vegetable broth on low heat and add salt and pepper, wash all vegetables and start to peel the carrots *use a potato peeler* Start cutting all vegetables (however you want to cut them is fine, either thin or thick anything will work), throw in the potatoes in first since they take a little longer to cook, After I'll say 5-8 minutes put in all the vegetables... after 10-15 minutes put in the ramen noodles (I boil the noodles until they are really soft but some people like them less soft and more crunchy lol), then while the noodles are boiling you add a little bit of salt, pepper (as much as you want, if you don't like spicy soup then add less), add some garlic salt, and finally add some soy sauce, and tada you have yourself some good vegetarian soup! Enjoy!
