3/4 cup Silk plain soymilk3/4 cup juice (use something tangy and sweet like orange peace mango juice or strawberry orange banana juice). Make sure it's 100% fruit juice with no added sugar.
Directions
Mix equal amounts of juice and plain soymilk in a glass.
Stir with a spoon.
