Turkish Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c. olive oil14 c. white vinegar2 cans chic peas (garbanzo beans)1 ripe tomato cubed1 onion sliced1 can large black olives1 package feta cheese, cubed or crumbled3 or more cloves of garlicParsley to taste
Directions
Open 2 cans of chic peas, drain and wash. Put in bowl.
Open can of olives, drain and wash. Put in bowl.
Wash tomato, cube and put in bowl.
Slice onion and put in bowl.
Peel 1 garlic and thinly slice. Put in bowl.
Peel 2 garlic and put through a garlic press OR if you don't have one of those press down on garlic with a large heavy knife to squash it flat. Put in bowl
Get parsley. Put in bowl
Add vinegar and olive oil.............now taste... add more of either to get the flavor you like.
Refrigerate. Add cubed feta prior to serving. You can add feta immediately but sometimes the cheese can get soggy so I wait until I am ready to serve.
