Sesame Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head of Napa cabbage, finely shredded1 small onion, sliced thin2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp safflower oil1 tbsp honey
Directions
In a large wok, add safflower oil and heat on high. Add onion and garlic and quickly stir fry for about 1 minute.

Add cabbage and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until just wilted.

Add in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and cook for 1 more minute. Top with sesame seeds and serve.

Makes 2 large servings.
