2 beef stock cubes46 oz V-8 low sodium2 c. water1 can mushrooms1 cabbage chopped2 c celery chopped2 c carrots chopped1 onion chopped1 leek chopped2 c green beans choppedhorseradish and worcestershire to tastes/p to tasteAny aother veggies you have in the fridge can be added.
Directions
put all in a pot and simmer for 2-3 hours
