Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 Large Mushrooms1/4 c Low Fat Cream Cheese1/2 c Low Fat Ricotta Cheese1/4 cup Crabmeat3 oz Shrimpmeat2 tbsp fresh Chives2 tbsp Green Pepper chopped finely1/2 tsp Paprika1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Hollow out Mushrooms saving the meat and dicing it finely.

In bowl cream together Ricotta and Cream Cheese. Add remaining ingredients including the mushroom middles.

Stuff mushrooms and bake and 325 for 15 min or until browning a bit on top. Enjoy.
