Ingredients
1/4 c Low fat Ricotta1/4c Fat free Cottage Cheese1 oz low fat mozzarella1 tbsp low fat cream cheese6 spinach leaves1 tsp Italian seasoning4 med tomato
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, hollow tomatoes, fill with cheese filling. Bake at 325 until cheese is melting.
