Chickchick Stew

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, pressed400 g raw chicken breast1 cup canned chickpeas1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, lima beans)1 knorr oxo chicken sachet1 tbsp flour, for thickening
Cut chicken into small cubes, and cook in olive oil with onions and garlic.
When chicken is fully cooked, transfer it to a large pot, and add the chickpeas and some water (about a cup). Add the knorr sachet and simmer covered.
Add the frozen vegetables. Take care not to overcook them!
Finally, add the flour for thickening.
