Ingredients
*Veal cutlet - 3oz, 10 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded Egg, fresh, .5 large *4C Bread Crumbs (serv size is 1/3 cup or 8 tbsp), 8 tbsp *Portabella Mushroom (1 cap-85g), 1 serving *Hunts Diced Tomato, 2.5 serving Garlic, .5 tsp *Onion, Chopped Dried, .5 tbsp Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Directions
Makes 5 pieces of veal parmesan!

Combine bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, dried onion and garlic. Place veal cutlets in egg batter then place in bread crumb coating. Place in pan on stove Med. heat with 2 tsp of olive oil.

After veal is cooked, place in a large glass pan. Cover veal with slice of mushroom. Place mozzarella cheese on top. Pour canned diced tomatoes over all. Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven 400 Degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
