Ingredients
6 Cups of Arugula1/5 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Grated2 TBSP of Extra Light Olive Oil1 TSP of Salt
Directions
First Wash the 6 Cups of Arugula and place in salad bowl. Add in the Parmesan cheese and olive oil, mix the salad. Add salt to taste.
