Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*La Choy Lite Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 24 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)White Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Cut raw chicken into strips and saute, add smashed garlic and peeled and sliced ginger, add sliced vegetables and saute till almost tender, then add soy/sugar/wine mixture, continuje to simmer until vegetables are tender and everything is well coated in sauce. Serve with brown rice on side.
