Excellent Turkey Salad with White Grapes

600-650 grams of white turkey meat (fat removed)300 grams of greek yogurt50 small white grapes pitted and cut in half2 sticks of celery choppedred pepper, black pepper and salt to tastealmond slices (optional)
If you are starting with raw turkey:
1. Put a large pot of water on the stove to boil.
2. Cut up the raw turkey into small pieces (about 1x2x3 or so), and drop the pieces into the pot as you go.
3. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down slightly and cover the pot. The turkey needs to boil for 30 minutes.
4. While the turkey is boiling, prepare the celery and the grapes.
If you are starting with cooked turkey:
5. Take your cooked turkey and break it into small pieces into a big bowl.
6. When you have broken it all up, add the celery, grapes and add salt and pepper(s) to taste.
7. Add the greek yogurt, and mix well with a fork. Reseason if necessary.
8. Garnish with almonds and enjoy.
